This project presents a cohesive set of office tools—a stapler, hole puncher, and USB hub—designed with inspiration drawn from the iconic form and aesthetic of the Perpetual Calendar. Developed collaboratively during the Project Laboratory of the Master of Science in Design & Engineering at Politecnico di Milano in 2013, the collection explores the integration of timeless design principles with functional office essentials.
The design maintains the Perpetual Calendar’s distinctive geometric elegance, balanced proportions, and clean lines, complemented by a refined color palette and attention to detail. Each tool harmonizes form and function, offering an intuitive user experience while doubling as a sculptural desk accessory.
This project exemplifies the intersection of engineering precision and design innovation, delivering a cohesive product family that elevates everyday office tasks into moments of aesthetic pleasure and practicality.
